Chocolate Eclair Ring
Ingredients
Pastry:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs
Filling:
2 packages instant french vanilla pudding
2 1/3 cup milk
8 oz cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp butter
2 tsp milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
1 cup flour

Frosting:

Instructions
Pastry: bring water and butter to a boil and add flour. Stir with a fork, remove from heat. Add Eggs one at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Place in a ring on ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes
Cool. Slice through the middle.
Filling:
Beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes, add cool whip and vanilla.
Frosting: Melt chocolate and butter, add the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle over top of the ring.
