Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares
Ingredients
Crust:
1 package yellow cake mix (set 1 cup aside)
1/2 cup melted oleo
1 egg
Filling:
3 cups pumpkin pie mix (1 14oz)
2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
Topping:
reserved cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Instructions
crust:
combine cake mix, oleo, and egg
press into greased 9x13 pan
mix pumpkin pie mix, eggs, and milk until smooth and pour over crust
Combine topping ingredients
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
Cool
serve with cool whip
For use with 1lb can pumpkin, add 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
