Ingredients
A lot of fresh parsley.
Instructions
Wash and dry parsley.
Remove leaves from stems and measure (pack loosely) Cover a paper plate with 2 layers of paper toweling (one layer best).
Microwave on high until dry and brittle.
2 Cups- 3 1/2 to 4 minutes
3 cups - 4 to 5 minutes
4 cups- 5 1/2 to 6 minutes
Cool.
Crunch to desired fineness.
Store in airtight and dark container.
