Cheesy Chowder

Ingredients

1 cup chopped potato
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 Tbs butter
3 cups chicken stock
pepper
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbs parsley
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions

Cook vegetables in butter and chicken stock until tender.
Blend Milk and flour
add cheese and parsley.
Stir into vegetable broth.
cook and stir until thick.
