Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

stock:
ham
carrot
onion
parsley
bay leaves
1/2 tsp tarragon leaves
2 cloves (of garlic?)

Broccoli
milk
salt and pepper
shredded 8oz swiss cheese
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

Instructions

Make a stock with stock ingredients, strain and chill
Cook broccoli in 1 1/2 cups stock for 7 minutes or until tender
take broccoli out and chop coarse
To all add milk, salt and pepper, and cheese, flour
Add in the broccoli and ham and butter
