Chalupa

Ingredients

3-4 lb pork roast
1 lb pinto beans
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin powder
2 Tbs chili powder
1 small can green chilies

Instructions

put in pot and add enough water to cover, cook until you can pull meat apart.
Pull apart and put back in pot, cook until thick
Roll in flour tortillas and add chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
