Ingredients
1 bag 16oz frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower mix thawed and drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon Durkee ground black pepper
1 4oz jar chopped pimento drained
1 can (2.8oz) Durkee french fried onions

Instructions
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and half of the french fried onions.
Pour into a 1 quart casserole
Bake, covered at 350 for 30 minutes
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer
