Sour Cream Potatoes
Oldenburg christmas potatoes. Served with prime rib. Kandy uses Lowrey's.
Ingredients
8-10 medium cooked potatoes
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
a lot of butter.

Instructions
Mash potatoes with electric mixer
Add the cream cheese and sour cream.
Grease dish
A lot of butter on top
sprinkle paprika and seasoning salt
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes
