Smoked Salmon Mold

8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

One half pound canned salmon drained and flaked
8oz cream cheese softened
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp salt
minced fresh parsley and chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

Mix salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horse radish, liquid smoke, and salt until well blended
Refrigerate until mixture is firm enough to shape into a ball or log.
Choose Shape and roll in parsley and chopped nuts.
Wrap and serve with crackers or party rye bread
