Liver Dumplings in Broth

Ingredients

1 medium onion chopped
1 Tbs. oleo
1 lb. beef liver chopped fine
6 slices bread crumbled fine
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
4 cups beef bouillon

Instructions

Saute onion in oleo, add liver, bread, eggs, flour, salt, marjoram.
Mix
Bring bouillon to a boil. Shape rounded Tbs of liver mix into balls
Drop into boiling bouillon.
Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
