Hamburger Sausage

This might be jerky.

Ingredients

5lbs hamburger not too lean
5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
2 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp black hickory smoke salt

Instructions

Mix well, cover and refrigerate
Take out once a day and mix well for three days
On the fourth day, mix and roll
Put in the oven and bake for 8 hours at 170.
