Cantaloupe Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups coarsely chopped peeled and very ripe cantaloupe.

Instructions
Beat the eggs,
add sugar, oil, vanilla. Beat well
add the rest of the ingredients.
do not use blender.
Mix well, pour mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
