Swedish Rye Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups medium rye flour
2 package dry yeast
1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbs salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup oleo
3 1/2 - 4 cups white flour
2 package dry yeast

1/4 cup oleo

Instructions
Beat flour, yeast, brown sugar, salt with electric beaters
Heat water, molasses, oleo
Add to flour mixture
Stir white flour into sticky dough
Knead adding flour until smooth and no longer sticky.
Put in a greased bowl and cover
Rise 45-60 minutes
punch down and put into greased loaf pans
Raise covered 30-40 minutes
Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes
