No Knead Bran Bread
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 cup instant non fat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 packages dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 cups "all bran" or 4 cups bran flakes
1/3 cup soft oleo
1 egg

Instructions
Stir together: flour, dry milk, and salt
Combine: dry yeast, sugar, warm water
Stir in bran
Let stand 2 minutes
Add oleo and egg and half the flour mixture.
Beat with beaters
stir in remaining flour mix. Add 1/2 cup flour, cover and raise 1 hour.
Stir down
Put in pam sprayed pan
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
Brush top with melted oleo
