Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients
4 cups cold chicken (cooked) diced
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup mayo
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
1 TBS minced onion
2 finely chopped pimentos
Topping:
2/3 cup chopped almonds
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
2 tsp. lemon juice

Topping:

Instructions
combine and put in 9x13 cake pan
Mix topping ingredients and spread over top.
Let stand over night in refrigerator
Bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 minutes
