Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients

bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 1/2 quarts torn spinach
2 cups fresh mushroom slices
1 cup red onion rings
10 oz frozen peas cooked until crunchy
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Layer above ingredients and spread with Mayo mix
sprinkle with parmasean cheese and crumbled bacon
cover,
refrigerate overnight
