Carrot Cake with Pineapple

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
3 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup oil
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Frosting:
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes
Frosting:
cook milk and flour until thick, then cool
Mix with oleo and powder sugar
add 1 tsp vanilla,
fridge.
