2 Tbs shortening
3 tsp B.P
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
beat eggs, add sugar and melted shortening. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Chill.
Drop by (?) in hot lard.
Frost while warm
Dip (?) in powder sugar frosting and they will be glazed!
