Norwegian Cake

Ingredients

3 loaves frozen Rhodes bread
Melted Butter
1 package butter scotch pudding mix
1 cup sugar and cinnamon
nuts
raisins
powder sugar

Instructions

Thaw bread and make into balls and roll in melted butter.
Pour pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon over balls
Layer balls, nuts and raisins
Let raise before baking
Bake at 350 for 1 hour in angel food cake pan.
Glaze with powder sugar frosting
