Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

3 cups rhubarb
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups and 1 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

Chop rhubarb and let stand in sugar
cream all and cover with rhubarb, then topping
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
