Philly Velvet Cream
I think there's a second recipe on the card, but it's tough to read.
Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cup crushed chocolate wafer
1/3 cup melted oleo
Filling:
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
two eggs, yolks separated
6oz chocolate chips melted
1 cup heavy cream, whipped.
3/4 cups chopped pecans

Instructions
Mix crust ingredients and press in pan
Bake at 325 for 10 minutes
Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla. Add 2 egg yolks. and melted chocolate.
beat 2 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar. fold in chocolate mixture.
Fold in 1 cup heavy cream, whipped and the chopped pecans
Pour over crumbs
freeze.
