Zucchini Jam

Ingredients

A lot of zucchini
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 cups sugar
6oz dry apricot jello

Instructions

Peel zucchini, cut in small pieces
Measure six cups, put in the blender or grinder
Cook in small amount of water for 6 minutes, drain.
Add crushed pineapple, juice included.
Add lemon juice and sugar, boil for 6 minutes add dry apricot jello, mix.
Put in Jars
