Ingredients
Sugar cookie dough. Buy or make it.
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Fresh fruit of choice:
strawberries, pineapple, fruit cocktail, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, etc.
Glaze:
1 1/2 cup juice (drained from fruit) or orange juice.
2 Tbs tapioca

Instructions
Line 14" pizza pan with dough and bake 10-12 minutes at 350, until light golden brown. Cool
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beat well and spread over crust.
Top with fruit, spread cool glaze over all. Refrigerate.
Glaze:
let juice and tapioca stand 5 minutes, cook until thick. Cool.
Vary amount of juice if too thick.
