Marshmallow Creme Divinity

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
7oz jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Instructions
Place sugar, water and cream of tartar in a 1 quart saucepan. DO NOT STIR.
Boil over high heat until 248 degrees.
Gradually add hot sugar syrup to marshmallow greme in quart bowl, mixing on lowest speed with an electric mixer.
Add vanilla
Mix at the lowest speed until mixture loses gloss, about 5 minutes.
Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
