Poor Man's Kalua
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbs + 2 tsp instant coffee
"fifth" of vodka, cheap
1/4 vanilla bean

Instructions
dissolve sugar and coffee in boiling water
Cool
pour mixture in a joyful liquor bottle and fill with vodka.
Add 1/4 vanilla bean cut up
Let stand 30 days, 60 days better.
