Holiday cheese Ball
Ingredients
6oz bleu cheese
10 oz american cheese
12 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup grated chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 Tbs grated onion or less
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
10 oz american cheese
12 oz cream cheese

Instructions
mix cheeses at room temp with electric mixer
Add the rest of the ingredients to cheese blend
Refrigerate until firm
roll into a ball and roll in a mixture of
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped parsley
