3 Layer Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 stick oleo (margarine)
8 oz cream cheese
1.5 cups cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 packages vanilla instant pudding mix
2 1/4 cups milk
1 can pumpkin purée
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
Mix pecans, flour, and margarine. Press into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
While crust cools, mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar. When crust has cooled, spread over crust.
Next, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate overnight.
