Rhubarb Cream Pie
Ingredients
2 Tbs butter
2 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup light cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs corn starch

Instructions
Melt butter, add rhubarb and 1 cup sugar.
cook slowly until tender.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar, corn starch and egg yolks, cream and salt
Add to rhubarb and cook until thick.
Cool and pour into a baked shell.
Top with Meringue
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
