Ingredients

2.5lbs Veal shanks
2.5lbs pork hocks
vinegar
onion
lemon
salt
pepper
bay leaf
poultry seasoning

Instructions

Cook veal and pork. Grind. Cook again.
keep juice, add vinegar, onions, thin slices of lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Bay leaves. Poultry seasoning.
Heat all in juice and set to jell.
