Iced Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

2 Cups flour
1 cup salad oil
2 cups pumpkin
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Icing:
3oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 stick butter
1 to 2 Tbs milk
1/2 to 3/4 box of powdered sugar

Instructions

Cream Sugar and oil, add eggs, spices, pumpkin, baking powder, salt, soda and mix well.
Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
Bake in jelly roll pan at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
