Lefse
The one Kandy uses
Ingredients
3 cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (heaping)
3 Tbs heaping butter flavor crisco
1 1/2 Tbs evaporated milk
3 heaping cups potato flakes
1 cup flour

Instructions
Bring water, salt, sugar, crisco to a boil
Add evaporated milk to water mixture
Add potato flakes 1 cup at a time
Refrigerate
Before making add 1 cup flour
