Cold Bean Salad
Ingredients
2 16oz cans kidney beans, rinse and drained
4 hard boiled eggs (just whites for low fat)
4 large celery stalks
2 carrots, grated
1/2 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Mix all, stir in yogurt, chill.
