Golden Raisin Buns

Ingredients

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or oleo
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup raisins- plumped (soaked)

Instructions

Combine water, oleo, sugar, and salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add flour all at once
Over low heat beat with a wooden spoon for 1 minute, until thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
Continue beating for 2 minutes
Add eggs, one at a time until satiny sheen.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by heaping Tbs 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Frost while slightly warm.
