German Apple Cake
Ingredients
2 or 3 small eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups sliced apples
1/2 cup nuts
Frosting:
8oz cream cheese
3 Tbs soft oleo
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup salad oil

Instructions
Beat until light the oil and eggs
add and beat sugar, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
Add apples and nuts
Bake at 350 in a greased 9x13 pan for 45-60 minutes
Blend frosting ingredients until smooth.
