Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

16oz baby portobello mushrooms
8oz package cream cheese
3 medium garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
chives 3 Tbs dried or 1/4 cup fresh
Shredded cheese

Instructions

Mix stuffing ingredients stuff in mushroom caps, and sprinkle with the cheese of your choice.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
