Crunchy Pecan Crescents

One of the Christmas Cookies
5 1/2 dozen

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups flour (sifted)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Cream Butter, sugar, vanilla together
blend in sifted dry ingredients, cornflakes, and pecans.
Mix well
Shape a level teaspoon of dough into crescents
Place on cookie sheets
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Frost when cool
