Pizza Sauce and Pizza Dough

Ingredients

Sauce:
29 oz can tomato puree
1 1/2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
(fresh or minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Dough:
24 oz warm water
2 tsp dry yeast
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp salt
7-8 cups flour

Instructions

Sauce:
mix all, let it sit for a few hours for spices to blend in.

Dough
Place warm water in pitcher, add yeast then sugar.
Stet for a few minutes to activate yeast.
In bowl, mix flour and salt. Slowly add liquid
Add more flour if necessary.
Should be somewhat dry.
NOT like bread dough.
Cover loosely and let rise
Punch down a few times
