Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
1 cup soft shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
cinnamon

Instructions
Mix sugar, shortening, and eggs
Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
Chill and roll into balls
Roll Balls in 2 Tbs. sugar and 2 Tbs cinnamon
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
