Coffee Truffles

Ingredients

12 oz semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur
unsweetened cocoa

Instructions

Melt chocolate in double boiler
Remove from heat, mix in butter
gradually add liqueur beating constantly
cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours
roll into 1" balls, roll in cocoa
can freeze up to 6 months
