Cake:
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups sifted flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups coarsely grated raw carrot
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Cream cheese frosting:
1 large package cream cheese
1/4 cup melted BUTTER!!
2 tsp vanilla
1 package powdered sugar

Bake cake in greased and floured 9x12 pan at 300 for and hour or longer
