Eggplant Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb browned ground beef
1 Tbs flour
1 chopped onion
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 eggplant cut in chunks, salt and peppered
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan

Instructions

place eggplant chunks over ground beef and all seasonings
Simmer 15 minutes
Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan
Stick in the oven until cheese is bubbly.
