Aloha Fruitcake

Ingredients

1 pound candied cherries
1 1/4 pound dates
1/2 pound candied pineapple
1/2 pound whole walnuts
1/2 pound crushed graham cracker
2 sticks melted butter or oleo
1 oz lemon extract
1 oz vanilla
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 bag coconut

Instructions

Mix fruit, nuts, and graham cracker well
Add liquid ingredients then coconut
bake at 250 for 2 hours
Use bread pans
