With Christmas cookies, generally.

1 Tbs water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Instructions
Whip egg what and water,
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt
add nus, mix well.
Spread on cookie sheet
bake at 250, for one hour stir every 15 minutes.
Sounds like glass when done.
